Buy-side Advidory

Engaging early is key to vetting an investment and shaping its success. We partner with you to validate the investment thesis and design a diligence program that covers commercial, technical, and operational workstreams. Our team has a great deal of experience working for and working within Private Equity.  Many of the MBA team have worked at senior levels within PE firms, and as sr execs in PE-backed companies. 

We can work throughout the deal life-cycle as outsourced operating partners.  Although external, we engage as if we were operating partners on the deal term to help with:
